Job Description:
KPZ Developers is looking for a Tele Sales Manager to manage the tele sales team, handle lead follow-ups, and ensure effective communication with potential clients. The role requires strong calling skills, team supervision, and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the tele sales team
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and inquiries
- Monitor call quality, performance, and conversion rates
- Maintain daily calling reports and client records
- Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team
- Train team members on scripts, product knowledge, and communication
Requirements:
- Experience in tele sales or call center management
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to handle client objections professionally
- Good reporting and follow-up skills
- Real estate tele sales experience will be an advantage
