Job Description:
KPZ Developers is looking for a Creative Designer to design professional marketing visuals, social media posts, project creatives, brochures, banners, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, creativity, and the ability to produce high-quality visuals for real estate branding and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Design social media posts, ads, banners, brochures, and flyers
- Create branding material for real estate projects and campaigns
- Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms
- Edit and resize designs for digital and print use
- Deliver creative work within deadlines
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or related tools
- Strong portfolio of graphic design work
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and branding
- Ability to work on multiple design tasks
- Real estate design experience will be a plus
