- Present project details, pricing, and investment benefits
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records
- Guide clients through booking and documentation processes
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and investors
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales
- Presentable personality and client-handling ability
